Il est né d’un père Italien et d’une mère allemande. De son jeune âge, il montre de zèle d’un acteur très décisif et imprégné. Il deviendra remarquable grâce à son film « Gilbert Grape ». Dans ce film il incarne un caractère d’un jeune garçon déficient intellectuel. Ce rôle lui donna le prix de la nomination à l’Oscar du meilleur acteur dans un second rôle à l’âge de 19 ans. Il accède alors au statut de star en 1996 lorsqu’il sort le film du Romeo et Juliette. Cette nouvelle version contemporaine de déjantée de l’œuvre de William Shakespeare va devoir faire de l’écho à tel point que le film sera le plus aimé de son époque. Dans la plupart de ses films, il incarne les personnages à tensions permanentes.

Bruce Willis : né à Berlin le 19 mars 1955 d’un père soldat américain et d’une mère banquière allemande il va rejoindre le sol américain à l’âge de 2 ans. C’est à New jersey qu’il grandit et découvre l’ambition d’œuvrer dans la carrière du cinéma. Il connaitra alors le succès dans le rôle de David Addison Jr dans la série télévisée « Clair de Lune ». Avec sa femme Demi Moore ils forment alors un couple solide et le plus médiatisés d’Hollywood. Parmi les titres les plus captivants de ses films, on retiendra « Sixième sens », « Armageddon », « L’Armée des douze singes ».
